A few notes to help you with Saturday’s NDCXL event at Broxtowe Country Park promoted by Beeston CC, TFN, Beeston RC and Long Eaton Velo Club.
Venue
The postcode for the vehicle entrance is NG8 6AX – off Nottingham Road, Nuthall.
Parking
Parking will be along the verges either side of the access road:
- Please ensure that the access road remains clear;

- Please ensure that valuables are secured at all times.

Smoking
Please be aware that the eventvenue operates a safe smoking policy -this essentially means that all smoking materials should be fully extinguished. Please check and then re-check that matches, cigarettes, etc have been extinguished before disposing of them safely – thank you.
Club shelters
Clubs are welcome to bring along their shelters – please note that these should be erected on the grass ‘island’ in the middle of the car park.
Licence
Please bring your race licence, even if you pre-entered. If you cannot show your licence at signing on be prepared to buy a day licence.
Numbers
New for the 2014-15 season – each rider will be issued with disposable back and arm numbers. The (rider) numbers order of the races has changed, from U9 being 1-100, U12 101-200 etc up through the categories, to 1-100 for V40, 101-200 V50, and so on through the other categories – to try to make life easier for the manual recording team. Please dispose of your number carefully – carelessly discarded numbers may result in disqualification. BRING SAFETY PINS.
