Sarah Naylor (SN) reported League affiliations: 25 clubs, 3 non-promoting and 15 private members. The Ticket Source method trialled for the 201515 season was not successful – considering spreadsheetbank transfer method for 201516 season.
Levies for Rounds 2 and 3 received totalling £4.5k, but not received for Round 1 or 4.
A problem within the prizelevies calculator spreadsheet meant that levies received from Round 2 were £100 down. As this was through no fault of the organisers the meeting voted to accept this “discrepancy”.

The new queue labels for the signing-on tent have gone missing.
The first chip timing invoice has been received £.8k, Round 1’s first aid will be half price as officer arrived late and SRAM invoice still outstanding.

Event reviews:
13 September – 1 – Team Empella- Hilton Fields Farm: Much discussioncriticism online about the course being a MTB course. Accident involving rider – first aid arrived late – highlights importance of organisers contacting First Aid before events.
20 September – 2 – Sherwood Pines SRAM RT – Sherwood Pines Forest Park: U9U12 lap too long. Again discussion about course being too much like a MTB course – organisers forced to make last minute changes and praised for making the best of a bad job. NM noted that the senior race was v interesting – able to watch all three races in – J, W and S.
27 September – 3 – Cycle Derby CC – Markeaton Park: Good course. Still a few problems with youngsters playing on the pitch and putt greens.
4 October – 4 – Heanor Clarion CC – Shipley Hall Cricket Club: Good course – changes really interesting. Number shuffle for vets helped lap recorders. There were problems with youngsters signing on (tables arriving late in rain) and women’s prizes (broken into sub categories creating value anomolies).
