A few notes to help you with Saturday’s NDCXL event at Chetwynd Barracks promoted by Fossa RT and Ashfield RC.
Venue
The venue postcode is NG9 5HA – the site itself is Ministry of Defence land, and we must therefore adhere to certain security measures to regarding access to the camp – see below.
Security
Please note:
- Firstly all drivers will need to bring some form of photo ID with them to show at the gate – photo card driving licence or race licence is ideal.

- Secondly, you will need to be issued with passes on the gate to allow entry which, as you can appreciate, will mean potential hold ups given the volume of traffic. To speed this along you can Pre-register your details so the passes can be printed out ready and just be handed out on the gate – hopefully saving time.
