Gridding sheets will be printed out and on display at sign-on. If you want to be gridded you must mark/sign the sheet at each round or you won’t be called up. For round 1 the grid is based on last season’s top 100 national ranking and NDCXL league position. If you are moving up category you will be gridded behind all last year’s riders unless you approach commissaires before the start in order to make a case based on evidence (e.g. top 100 national ranking 17-18). All new ‘first year’ U12s (i.e. those moving up from U9s) will be gridded behind U12s who raced last year, no exceptions.
From round 2 onwards gridding will be based on league position and top 100 nationally ranked riders.
